“Patatrac, The breaking of the shape”, creative workshop of the artist Gianfranco Asveri, was born from the desire to create a bond between kids and contemporary art, using the language the most familiar to them: playing.
The project hosted by San Carlo Cremona celebrates the interpretation of art by children: creative, guided by emotions, and free from technical formalities. The result is an activity dedicated to creativity, sign and color, in other words … art. Gianfranco Asveri was born in Fiorenzuola d’Arda in 1948. He is a self-thought painter, initially showing an unconditional interest in nature and landscapes, and then focusing his artistic practice on a better free expression, able to investigare subjectivity.
His works are direct and communicative, recognized thanks to a universal and shared language, which can be understood by everyone.
